I literally only need the state file number and I’ve been calling for almost a week with no answer. I’m upset about this because she could have just written this information down before I left the hospital in the first place, especially now that I can’t get a hold of her

This place is pure trash my brother had five seizures in one day the paramedics were called and when they showed up when my brother came to he was not acting like himself he couldn’t answer any questions so they took him to the hospital while he was there he was fighting the nurses being violent which is not like him at all and five hours later they call my mom and tell her he’s fine he can go home for her to pick him up when she gets there six officers as well as nurses were escorting him out then he got violent again as we... read more
Recommendedmost of the time when I went to Piedmont I've had a very mean arrogant staff they were rude to them which drivers and me as well today I struck the gold mine and got a happy staff who seemed to treat me and others around them well it made me really happy to finally get a happy staff that was working well with me the patient and always makes you happy when you come to a place for people happy or at least pretending to be happy even if they're angry keep up the good work
I scheduled a new patient appointment online. Arrived to learn children cannot accompany parents. This is understandable, however the staff is rude and became irrational and rude when I wanted to discuss my records being received or not. Would not recommend this location due to staffing issues.

RecommendedThey are great there!? I was so sick with Covid and I stayed 7 days. They got me better when I didn’t even know if I was gonna make it. The nurses were great! And they were very professional!
