I called this office this morning to ask about new patient appointments. I had been told I needed a referral from my primary doctor before booking, so I just wanted to clarify the process. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, short, impatient, and completely lacking in empathy. I had a pretty extensive surgery back in March at Piedmont hospital. I have kidney disease and my regular doctor doesn't go to Piedmont so I saw the nephrologist who was making rounds that first day who happened to be Dr. Ramasamy. I have a host of issues including kidney disease, alopecia, osteoporosis, DVT and several more. Started seeing Dr Katz last year. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to converse with. He put me on a diet that so far has made me drop 25 pounds and my blood work including my glucose numbers are looking better and better. My health overall is better and its all because of him. Thank you Dr Katz.
Staff is treated poorly and are not considered before the profits of the business. Go elsewhere.
