I came here for a pet scan. I was promptly greeted by a friendly smile when I checked in for my appointment. I was called back on time by TJ. She did my IV and injection. She was kind, understood my being anxious. Took excellent care of me. Warm blankets, I was kept comfortable. Only complaint was the $12 charge for parking a little over two hours.
I’ve had quite a few neck ultrasounds following my thyroidectomy in 2018 and none of them have been very pleasant. The tech usually smashes my trachea, gets the goo in my hair and the whole experience is usually crummy. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of my tech today but he was so kind and gentle. He had music playing and I never felt uncomfortable. Hopefully I get him next time!
This place is downright awful - please don’t bother coming here - I took time off work not once but twice to take my elderly mom to get an x ray done - when we went on Tuesday (12/03)….the front desk woman said that they were “short staffed” and that no one could see us that morning - so we wasted our time going all the way down there for nothing - we came back this morning and got there around 10:30 - we sat there for over an hour before anyone called for my mother - I had to help her get off the chair (when she was clearly... read more
Don't use pidemont imaging services, after getting their money upfront for the imaging service, they will charge you for using a third party imaging staff called radiology associates Atlanta without informing you , and this $28 bill you will never receive on purpose!! suddenly you will be chased by a collection company called Holliscobb associate to collect your dept that you have never heard about !!! Because of my experience with Piedmont imaging today and me having to walk out and come back because of the aggressiveness of the team lead at the finance area because it was so appalling I couldn’t even take her anymore. I will be cutting ties with Piedmont overall as a whole I will not be going back to the doctor with them, I will not hopefully have to request any more services from Piedmont hospital corporation I will be going back to Grady If I have to wait all day, their service is immaculate people sleep on Grady.
