Called to set up an appointment. I presented my information and that I was a possible returning customer. After looking up my info I was told my insurance does not work. I said I knew that and wanted to pay out of pocket. Was then told nope no an option because insurance. There was no explaination beyond this given and I was then rushed off the line.

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Spoelhoff is amazing to work with. I have a lot of allergies and they made sure I was very safe and protected. I trust them completely.
