Fraudulent business practices, impossible to speak to anyone in this office. I was scheduled for an appointment without my knowledge at a time/day impossible for me to attend- an appointment I would never have scheduled for myself. When the appt was missed I was charged a no-show fee. After multiple attempts I finally reached a human who assured me the charge would be removed. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and when I brought up valid points about why I needed what I needed, she simply shut me down because she didn’t want to listen. She was being rude, continually the whole night, and said she didn’t want to go back-and-forth. Instead of doing her job.
