Over 3 hours before pain medication was brought to the room. Specifically requested no narcotics/opiods and they originally brought morphine. All they say is "in a few minutes" and they miss those time frames EVERY time. When you are promising someone in pain that you are going to treat them and then you make then wait 3 hours, you are simply a bad person. Not to mention how rough Staff RN Hailey was with the IV. DO NOT COME HERE. WORST ER IN ATLANTA. My pregnant wife was having a severe allergic reaction and we wait for 5 hours and all they did was take blood. A ridiculous wait. Unprofessional. Watched a guy basically die in the waiting room and staff barely moved. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO

I went in there for abscess in my ear 24 hours later I returned.. because my ear filled with fluid and I could not hear out of it and it got increasingly painful.. they place me far far far far away in the back and no one came to see about me for 40 or 50 minutes.. I then went to seek help twice before the nurse finally showed up and he was argumentative. Honestly would give 0 stars if I could, really bad organization and system, we waited 4 hours and the staff was all over the place, we asked for more information and no one knows anything. Don’t recommend at all.
