Haven’t been able to receive mental health medication over 2 years because they stopped taking my insurance. Called to get help again but I have to go through a 3 month process plus I can’t afford the medicine so I’m just out here on the streets going insane, I just need my meds again!

Avoid Greenville Psychiatric Care if you value your time, your health, or your sanity. I came here looking for continuity of care for ADHD medication that I have been prescribed for over eight years. Great people to talk to you when you need someone to talk too
Horrible experience. Was told they accept walk in appointments as they were booked very far out. The front desk ladies are very nice, but obviously not informed. Waited 2 hours to be told they could not help me and actually didn't even take my insuranc despite being told they would be able to assist by staff there. Waited 2 hours to meet the intake admin to tell me that, rudely they could not help me. The intake woman did not care at all and asked "Who told you that?" ...your staff did!!
