This office practices ILLEGAL billing procedures. I paid them a copay before my EEG and apparently they were not satisfied with what my insurance agreed to pay so they stuck the remaining balance on my CREDIT REPORT. That’s illegal and unethical
RecommendedThank you for taking care of my MIL so well. Hospital was clean, staff was amazing and she loved them. They loved her. Who wouldn't? Cafeteria leaves much to be desired. It used to have great food. I was a hospital volunteer and people outside would come to Newton for dinner. The pigeon breast( I mean chicken) they gave my husband was ridiculous. Tiny portion of apple cobbler was crust and syrup, no apples. Mixed veggies were overcooked and salad bar wasn't appealing at all. On top of that food is overpriced. Please return t... read more
Was in ER on February 14 round 4pm due to chest discomfort, they try to withdraw blood however one of the nurse was struggling to find vain. I understand I have that problem all the time but never poke more then 1 time. I never seen nurse look so confused and makes feel nervous as time ticking. Looks to me she have no idea where to poke and I had to stop her and ask her to use the same IV line that EMT already put in. ...Continue Reading

It sucksDo you not care about you do not keep you clean did not check on you act like it is bothering them if you need a glass of ice it just sucks you may find one out of 10 nurses or aids that will help you with that giving you a dirty like it just sucks
