Hospital physically removed the glasses and earrings from my mothers face for a procedure and misplaced them. Refused to replace the glasses because they never physically had them ? I assume they believe that my 2nd stage dementia, bed ridden 84 year old mother ate them ? Patient relations was less than helpful.

This hospital is slow as hell
I was sent to Piedmony Rockdale from my PCP whom suspected I could have some blood clotting and shortness of breath. I came in at check-in at 12:30 on 07/28/20. It was only about 8-10 patients waiting to be seen. I said ok cool this won't be so bad. Piedmont Rockdale immediately ran blood work, EKG, ultra-sound, chest x-rays all within an 1hour. Now fast forward I am still here sitting in lobby at 07/29/20 at 2:00am. waiting patiently to see a doctor. Why? I feel like you immediately ran a bill up and dumped me. I feel like ... read more
