I had a loud exhaust on my F150. I called and got an 8:30 appointment on Saturday morning. At 8:35 they drove it into a bay. Came out and told be it was just a bad flex and quoted me way less than I had planned. They even re-attached a loose heat shield for nothing. I was on my way home before 9:00 AM. I wish every shop gave service like they do!

I have dealt with many muffler and car repair places over many decades-and have to highly recommend Pied Piper in New Philadelphia. My exhaust was becoming a local legend-I made an appointment-showed up early-they immediately took my car in-within about 5 minutes gave me two options (cheaper one they would bend pipes, higher pre-made pipes) I went with slightly higher-had it done in maybe 45 minutes as I waited. I took my exhaust problems to Pied Piper for the first time, and was very pleased! Excellent work! Fast and friendly service. Could use a cleaner waiting room, but I will definitely go back when the need arises!
