New England Pie – Piecora's evinces a pie more closely associated with New Haven than New York. Crust is thick, unchewable cardboard. No crispness to crust. Few ingredients other than red sauce. Tony Soprano would send it to the fishes. Couldn't even roll the crust to eat the pie in the traditional NY way.
The real Thing – Forget the rest. Here is the Best. a Pizza tradition in Seattle. The rest are copies of this second generation landmark.
Good prices – Their dough has a bit too much wheat in it, and it tastes a bit too "healthy" for pizza. Their topping choices are really good, but it's not the place to get just a cheese pizza as they skimp a bit on the cheese when it's the only topping you're getting.
Awesome Italian Slice – Amazing, tastes like real Italian pizza. I don't like a lot of cheese, and Piecora's made mine to order (less cheese), and delicious sauce and toppings. The only complaint I have is that I overate! Service was a bit slow, I even had 3 different waitresses, but the pizza is worth it.
Excellent – I think that this is the neatest Pizzeria in seattle, and for that matter, the country
