Elias was very friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. He was easy to contact, and it was simple to talk about what needed to be done before the appointment. Once we set a time, he showed up right on schedule. I moved a few pieces of furniture, but Elias took care of moving, cleaning under, and putting back most of the items himself. elias was awesome. the team really goes above and beyond. i called for an emergency carpet cleaning because there was a big stain on my thick carpet that i couldn’t get to for hours. elias showed up quickly, worked hard on the stain, and let me know when everything was taken care of, all in the same day. i was really impressed with picture perfect carpet cleaning’s customer service, attention to detail, and how fast they got the job done. these folks are the best and totally worth it. my carpet looks amazing now.
