Picton Psychology is a welcoming, validating and professional psychology practice. I attended one of the group programs offered and was extremely grateful for the (bulk billed) program. The knowledge and effort of the group facilitator to include a vast array of strategies and evidence based material was appreciated. The program included a workbook that attendees take home to continue practicing the skills learnt throughout the day. The content within the workbook is accessible and useful for all individuals.
I attended the anxiety and mood workshop. I found this day extremely helpful, I was made to feel very comfortable and understood & left with some fantastic tools to help me. I enjoyed it so much that I booked in for another workshop.
An exceptional mother-daughter run psychology practice. Natalee and Lisa value patient-centred care, who truly care about their clients. The practice offers a range of assessments, group therapy and individual therapy with a wonderful team of psychologists who appear to be methodically hand picked. Highly recommended this practice.
