I attended Picton Family Medical Centre for an appointment with Dr Anna Pham. The appointment was booked online for 2.30 pm and confirmed in advance. I arrived on time and was asked to wait along the right-hand corridor. After about twenty minutes with no update, I checked with reception. The team were polite, but it was clear they were unsure where Dr Pham was or why she had not called me in.
