Beli at Pico Madama is a Fantastic Stylist I had a fantastic experience at this place. I got a mail piece and came in for highlights with Beli, the owner. She was amazing. I always have trouble getting my color just right which is why I decided to try out this salon. What was great about Beli was she took a lot of time understanding what I wanted and, yes, she gave me advise without being pushy.
