They r no longer Pickwick arms..as of April 1, they're now Ivy Place Apts. I Will be happy when the pool opens
I like it here, but I'm not happy about my listening to the neighbors yelling at times. Nice laundry room with brand new washers. The place has a lot of renovation in progress. They've always responded to my requests. I have a brand new garbage disposal, new plumbing under my kitchen sink, new locks on my front door. They need a new security guard, though.
