Just switched here from a different office and was very impressed. Great staff and the doctor was very friendly. My kids hate going to the dentist but had a great time at this office! Will definitely return.Â
I visited this office for the second time to have a cleaning and to have a crown looked at that was pulling off. First of all, they had my appointment all wrong. Then, they took one standard x-ray, cleaned the teeth and gave me some verbal advice. This all cost $233, leaving me with $38.40 to pay which should all have been covered by insurance if it had been coded correctly. I looked at my MetLife EOB tonight and found that they had charged for services not rendered, x-rays not taken and did not charge for the cleaning. Talk... read more
Have been going to this office for years and have always had a great experience. Very friendly staff and doctors, I have met several doctors here they have all been great.Â
I must be a glutton for punishment. I've been going here for 7 years and have been seen by 6 dentists. The turnover is ridiculous. The billing dept have no idea what they're doing, as they always blame the insurance. I call my insurance, and they can tell me how it was miscoded. Be wary of the upsell... It's always something. This place has such outdated service, I couldn't believe it. I had to go back 2 times to have a temporary crown fixed. Worst customer service ever! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!Â
I had been going to this office and Dr. Madden since 2006. She has left. I went in at the end of the month in July 2014 to get a filling rpaired only to be told that in order to get my filling repaired I had to get a Brix Guard made to prevent the filling from being damaged in the future. So a simple covered repair was upscaled to $1,000 or more to prevent a future covered repair job. The office staff has no idea how to correctly bill if you have insurance. I have been trying to get a bill straightened out now for 3 months and each time I call, I get a different answer as to why the bill is different from what it should be. It also goes up every time I ask a question about it. I went in for a cleaning, with metal fillings. They told me I have to replace my fillings because sooner or later, they are going to be bad and cause trouble. They replaced 4 of them at one time, which I didn't realize that has max out of my dental benefit. Next visit for teeth cleaning, I was told now one of the filling they did was infected and needs root canal. Now I don't have any more benefit, so I have to pay out of my pocket!
