I did not need or want any xrays but she claimed that she was 'legally required' to do them. Seems more like a scam to pad her income.

didn't give enough numbing agent. when i jumped in pain, told me i was in top 5 of her most nervous patients. gossiped with staff while sealing the filling. expressed doubt that i has subsequent pain in my tooth weeks later. I ended up with an infected tooth. she examined me, found filling hanging open, wrote a check for a full refund, didn't offer to fix it and had me leave. next dentist had to cut away half my tooth, it ultimately become abscessed and i needed a root canal and crown

I've known her since we met in K4 at McKinley School in Tosa. Love her, her positive outlook, unending energy and enthusiasm, as well as her skills, care, kindness and laughs. I think you will love her too!

I had a childhood filling fall out over the weekend. I called Dr. Pickart's office on Monday and could have gotten in that day if I had not already had previous plans. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. They told me on the phone that I would need a cleaning and new patient exam and that I would have to reschedule to get the tooth fixed. Dr. Pickart has a great office and staff. She is a very friendly person. However it seems that she lets the social aspect get in the way of doing quality dentistry. She is great if you need regular cleanings, if you need more I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Pickart has been our family dentist for around 15 years. I have 4 children and they absolutely love having Dr. Pickart as their dentist. My wife and daughter have also had protective coatings put on their teeth since they are vulnerable to cavities. I would highly recommend Dr. Pickart to any family.

I have been going to Dr P ever since she was in a tiny three person office. She is amazing...so very good at what she does and determined to give everyone the very best service. And Jessie the dental hygienist is awesome!!!
