Never deliver on time and on holidays they prefer big accounts not c-store or any other small accounts !!
We reached out to them early on a Saturday and heard back within 2 mins. They explained the process for us to swap out a bad tank. Simple, easy and fast! Hopefully we don’t need to reach out again but at least we know it won’t be a huge hassle! Thanks guys!
No info available regarding where the tank exchange is located. I will be driving around town
would give zero stars if I could. They say they deliver in a three day window but I've called three weeks in a row for delivery and they just never show up. Every time I call, they tell me that the driver ran out of propane before they got to us. No apologies or anything. And instead of putting us at the top of the delivery list for the next day, they just close our order and put us back at the bottom of the list for the next week. this company is worthless.
