The prices here are to high for the amount of food. Where the heck do you all get off charging people $5.49 for 6 cornbreads??? Thats almost the price of a regular food plate!!! Thats the last draw with me, Will never be eating here again!!
I visited the Jackson (55 location) Today! I walked in no greeting! I proceed to walk to the counter to place my order! While telling the worker (a guy) what meats I wanted, a lady worker grabbed 1 plate in which the guy had place meat on it. The last worker was Sooooooo RUDE and nasty. Her customer service skills are POOR TO NONE! And to TOP IT OFF she CURSED ME OUT IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. During a global pandemic, Piccadilly does not properly enforce a “mask-on policy” with customers. People just come in and pull down their mask to order instead of talking with it on. This defeats the purpose of having a mask in the first place... just spreading particulate and germs all over the glass and into the air to land on food and people. GROSS. The staff doesn’t correct this behavior from customers. Y’all are going to be the source of community spread. Do better.
The manager Jaime was very rude at the I-55 north jackson location on today...I ordered online curbside and she refused to bring it outside to the car.
Our waitress was great, however the servers on the line were very rude.
RecommendedI have nothing positive to share about our visit today! The service from the beginning to the end was horrible! The staff had attitude when fixing your plate. They talked about their personal life and loudly just very unprofessional. The food was dried out the cake had started to harden. The waitress had no table manners or skills. Baltimore approves! Shout out to the sweet manager Mary and her pleasant, hardworking staff; Jackie, Romeo, Stephanie, Ted etc. Thank you for my experience. This is definitely my go to when I visit again. I rarely do breakfast or buffets for that matter but, I would make an exception here.
