Viviré la experiencia en este edificio de apartamentos , hoy tuve la fortuna de estar en ellos me quede in presionado desde que mire este lugar de 7 plantas y 70 habitaciones el lobby es la mas lindo de por aya de los años 30s es una chulada ☝️
Old antique building reminds me of Dracula style movie
I lived here for a year in July they sold the building now there is a roach and rat problem they raised rent the maintenance is very slow and it hard to get them to respond i love my apt but are car is being vandalized in the parking garage the management sucks concord is only there for their own profit pictur we s are of this past Christmas

The reviews about bugs are right. The moment I moved into this apartment my cats got fleas. The building is old and so there’s some complaints I have that mostly pertain to that. The elevator is awful, the laundry room doesn’t have enough machines for the amount of units in the building, and my mail regularly gets stolen. The plumbing is also terrible.
