Maintenance is incompetent. Apartments are not maintained. The staff are rude. Welcome to monthly water leaks that you’ll probably have to fix.
It's been almost a year since I lived here, and I couldn't be happier that we no longer reside at Piccadilly. If you see high ratings on other sites, please read them and note some of them are back to back, and at the time, it was when their approval rating was exceptionally low. Lmfao their rude as fuck, I have a BUNCH of family and friends that live there and I've heard nothing but complains about this place. they've hired a bunch of high up sassy ass bitches with a stick up their asses. I don't "recommend" this place for anyone, ever. Their prices are ridiculous, and they also act like their the only apartments around that claim to be "in good condition" no people, no.
