The staff is not very friendly and the service guy is extremely rude. They also tend to sell bad parts! I won't be using them anymore.
I needed my sand filter replaced. Rico told us that it would be cheaper to replace the whole thing even though my 2 speed motor worked fine. He came out and replaced the whole thing, filter & 1 speed motor $1000. That was April 2023 we cover our pool so it only ran 7 months and the motor quit June 2024 Took pics and sent to Rico. He said oh that’s not fixable you need a new motor. That will be $495! No thanks Rico!! I’ll take my business somewhere else.
