They send orders to Highland hospital where you have to drive to, park, walk half a mile, go in, check in at front desk, wait and wait for registration to call you back, register and answer questions and have a hospital wrist band placed on you then walk another half a mile to the lab waiting area, check in there, wait to be called back, then finally get your blood drawn, and walk the half mile back to your vehicle. The nurse named Shannon is rude, does not relay messages to the doctor to get important prescriptions such as insulin fixed, and a smart elic on the phone. She does not treat patients well which is not good for a medical facility. Insulin is very important and not something to have to go weeks without because a nurse will not get the doctor to wither call back or get the prescription fixed by the doctor and faxed off. Very friendly staff! Plus Dr. Dipo Kusemiju is awesome. Finally a doctor that listens to you and doesn't rush you out of the office. I'm am beyond pleased. Definitely recommend!
Difficult to find because there are no signs on the outside of the building. Appointment cancelled because of a late arrival...because I was lost.
