I was very satisfied with my visit last week. The staff, from the folks at the front desk to the people doing the work to the folks who bring the car back to you. Everyone is always ready to help and always so very pleasant.

It is everything overall. They have always been very helpful, courteous and positive. I have been dealing with them since 2001. I have been very happy with the service department. They explain everything clearly.

I had been experiencing problems with my radio going on and off by itself for several months. Although this did not happen while I had my car in for servicing, Piazza was able to diagnose the problem to the ignition switch and fix it. It has worked perfectly fine since. Thank you!
As usual, I was treated with courtesy, respect and given choices for when the work could be completed. Always impressed with everyone working at Piazza VW, namely Sean and Vince. Thanks for making my experience positive.
