Everyone was friendly and efficient. I felt like they were interested in making sure I got what was best for me and didn't try to talk me into anything.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They made the experience of buying a new car very easy and the financing portion was a breeze! I'd definitely go there again and recommend my family and friends to check them out!

Shawn was excellent! He was able to help me and explain to me my options between buying and leasing. I went into the dealership with low expectations and left driving a brand new Acura ILX!! Tough to argue with that!
I needed assistance before coming in to know what tires, bolts and sizes I needed for wheels. George took time to explain to me prior to my appointment what was needed and why and let me know it was all able to be purchased and taken care of through VW at my appointment which was awesome since tire size measurements were starting to make my head spin!
My salesperson, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations with respect to manner in which I was treated. There was no high pressure and he was exceedingly patient with my total lack of tech ability. I have been totally turned off by high pressure tactics of sales personnel at other dealerships. Obviously, your personnel are trained in customer service and it shows.
We have worked with Sean for several years and he has always overcompensated and done great work!
This dealership definitely deserves 5 stars. It was the best dealership yet I have been to. To start, Danit had the car I was interested in parked out front waiting for me as I pulled in. I was greeted and given the keys for my test drive. During the drive she was very knowledgeable about the specific model I was interested in.
