Mel was such a pleasure to work with. He greeted us right away when we arrived and did not try to pressure us at all. He was more than willing to take whatever car we asked about for a test drive. Melcom was great to work with. He was flexible, accommodating and patient. Melcom shared a wealth of information with me about the car and the Volkswagen lease program, but he was not overly pushy or demanding. I brought my 2012 VW CC in for the 10,000 mile service and a recall yesterday. I had a great experience. Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous.
