Vince Paul is an outstanding service rep and the entire team in the VW service dept is exceptional! Sean and the crew make my visits enjoyable and painless.
I took my car in for a 20k service and had a problem with the internal computer that needed replaced. They had my car for 5+hrs the first day and 8+hrs the second day for a job that took 1hr + the service. Upon completion they didn't call the correct number to let me know that it was complete. Piazza was the second dealer I brought my car to. Another VW dealer was first and they were unable to diagnosis the problem, were unfriendly, had no loaners and didn't make any arrangements for a rental and charged me $250 to put transmission fluid in. Piazza treated me kind, had a beautiful loaner Jetta for me. They diagnosed the problem and worked hard to resolve it. They were respectful and kept me updated.
