Excellent product and customer service. I emailed them late Friday 9/13 about an item that I saw. The problem was I needed it by Tuesday 9/17. They ractually esponded Friday night, told asked me to place the order and they'll rush it so I wouldn't have to pay expidiated shipping. I just recieved it and it was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them...

Website says money back guarantee but that is apparently not true. My first experience with the company was good, I ordered the house rope numbers and they looked good for what they were. When I moved I decided to order for my new house also. My second experience however was not so good. The numbers arrived and they were different sizes and from the street they looked terrible. When I called I actually talked with Al and he tried to tell me that the zero is done that way on purpose because of some optical illusion, huh???? I... read more
