I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot from Piazza Honda Springfield. In addition I brought my Honda Odyssey to this dealership for servicing and body work. I was very pleased with the workmanship and helpfulness of the staff at all levels. John Marra was particularly generous with the time an effort he spent in helping us purchase the Honda Pilot we were looking for. I will be returning to Piazza in the future for my vehicle needs.
Why do I need to wait 3 hrs again for an oil change and wipers?? Dear piazza of drexel really? You need to match service on the inside with how you look on the outside now. I dont aporeciate waiting this long for my car!
