Since they moved to Springfield I think their service level has gone down. I am so sick of fighting with them about things that i am moving on. No more Honda. It doesn't matter that we were 20 yr customers. It's great when they pretend to work with you and play that game of good cop bad cop. Problem is when you get that good price because you are a valued customer the problem doesn't get fixed. In the end you end up paying 2x for something that should be fixed the 1st time. Sold me a used 2008 honda pilot with a plugged tire,the plug is on the side & edge of the tread. I am no getting the run around as to who or what can be done and the assistant service manager Stanley when my wife called he was very rude.I called the company that handles the loan and they were not happy with this as it is a safety issue. I will not be buying another car front there again. Just bought a used car for my daughter to use. It wasn't a huge $$$sale$$$, but you never would have known that from the way I was treated. First-class all the way. Thanks, Piazza Honda, I'd recommend you to anyone. And I'd be sure to tell them to ask for Bob Foster.
Great service and Staff!! Trevor Foster helped us get a great deal on a lease of a Honda Pilot at the price we needed to have. It took 2 trips but Trevor was very Patient with my Wife And I. Please ask for Trevor if your in the market for a Honda!!
