I had not previously contacted the dealership nor did I make an appointment. I simply walked in with an interest to check out a 2008 Civic Si I had seen on AutoTrader. I just purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V SE and I love it! The salesman was Frank and I just wanted to say that he was awesome! He went above and beyond in making sure I was well taken care of and that I got exactly what I wanted. Both my mother and I were impressed.
