Honda CR-V 2014 Known faulty vct actuator problem never resolved even when brought in before warranty expired. Causing timing belt needing replaced. 1700 dollars. Known problem by Honda. All I got is a sorry from corporate. Do not buy a Honda. Buy Tesla , less moving parts. Also manager assured me if ever I had a problem he would ,are sure to take care of it because it was documented before expiration. Lies all lies . Never again. Byebye Honda
It's the nature of the car market right now, but it's certainly not good to charge several thousands of dollars over MSRP for a vehicle. That results in costing the customer an unnecessary and gratuitous amount of hundreds of dollars each month. It's tough to find good deals right now of course, but you're better served by not doing business here.

THANK YOU to the great staff members of READING COLLISION. I recently had to have my vehicle repaired due to an impact with a deer. My vehicle was repaired quickly and returned to me looking brand new. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE guys, keep up the quality work.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They had my car the first time for over 1 month and when I got my car back it still had issues they missed. I had my car there for 1 more day for more repairs. They insisted it was now fine. Now only was it still vibrating and making noise, but now they managed to scratch 3 of my side windows (I guess they cleaned the windows with sand paper).
