I called Lia about a part breaking off of my 2017 CRV. Freak accident kinda thing. Diana Irizarry was the person I spoke with. She had me come in that day, checked out the car and ordered the required parts. She called back at 9:30 the next morning to say it was done with minimal parts and just an hour of labor. Couldn’t ask for more. Great service!
Maintenance diagnostics on my 20 year old Accord revealed an issue making the car unsafe to drive and whose cost-to-repair could not be justified for a 20 year old vehicle. On the spot purchase of its replacement was not routine since, being unprepared to purchase a new car, I had little of the security information needed to lift credit freezes and deal with my insurance company in the usual straight forward fashion.
