Service is exceptional. You can always count on Megan to get you scheduled quickly. There is always a loaner available. Everyone is upfront about what services are needed and there are no surprise costs at the end. I’m never disappointed and my car car is running top notch at 135,000 miles.
Their thoughtful and conscientious ways they are when I get my car serviced there. I recommend them because they are caring and thoughtful.
Piazza service writer Stuart, was very kind and attentive to my needs and budget and the bottom line was better than anticipated. Something that is hard to find these days. And, although located 20 miles from my residence in Delaware, their loaner policy and availability is truly awesome and inspiring. Great job, Piazza!
They sell a good automobile, and the service and the people who work there are great. I had to get my car inspected, and my husband, who has been ill and in hospitals and nursing rehab homes, ended his lease with Mercedes. We have one cat. I had no way to get it there and return home without a loaner for the day. Who gives you a 2121 loaner? Piazza of WC.
Service is great. Everyone is friendly and very eager to please.
