We had a great experience buying our preowned 2013 Honda Pilot from Kevin Conaty. Not only was our salesman very easy and laid back, Kevin in the finance office was equally great. We got a great car at a great price and for once, walked out of a car dealership feeling like we hadn't been given the run-around! Thank you to both Kevin's! Very happy with our dealership choice.
I have had issues with my car under warranty and after 3-4 visits I gave up when the mechanic told me, "sometime people read problems online and on the forums and think they're having the same issues in their own car." After that I stopped going to West Chester Acura. They believe the customer has all the time in the world to drive and drop off the car that apparently is 100% perfect.
