Gillian Barnes is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a "class-act" salesperson. I was unsure whether a Acura RDX or the MDX would be best for my needs. She explained both products well, provided a test drive of each, and helped me with all the questions I had. She was instrumental in me purchasing a vehicle from Crown Acura!

Great Experience ... Eddie Sanchez ... Metro Acura Eddie made me feel at ease right away. The entire process was very relaxed and didn't take long. NO PRESSURE. Very different from most dealerships in a good way. And I got a great deal that several other dealerships couldn't or wouldn't make. Metro Acura was not the closet to me but where you live they are worth the drive if you want the best price and a hassle free experience. Anyway that's how it was for me.
Brian Bennett of Crown Acura is one fantastic service guy! I came in for an oil and filter change that was booked online the day before. I was met promptly and courteously upon my arrival. At the same time he mentioned the fact that the air bags in my car had an issue that could possibly be a concern. They offered to do it right away keeping my wait time to a minimum. I had a great experience buying a car at Metro Acura! Felix Avella was my salesman and he was very pleasant to work with and he changed my opinion of car salesmen. Now I know that buying a car can be a good experience instead of the nightmares I have experienced in the past. I went to look at a 2015 TLX with 17,000 miles on it and I ended up purchasing a 2016 TLX with only 7,000 miles. It was even the color I wanted! I would recommend Metro Acura to my friends.

Sophie Morris at Crown Acura is fantastic! She did an awesome job working with me to find the MDX I wanted and I ended up buying a brand new 2017 MDX with Tech package. I am extremely happy with my buying experience and deeply appreciate Sophie's professionalism, responsiveness, honest feedback and her keenness to care for the customer and their buying experience. I whole heartedly recommend her to everybody. This is my second purchase from Crown and they have an excellent team!
