I am writing a review on the service department. Paul was my service manager. They serviced my RDX on a Saturday for the 10,000 mile service while I waited, overall I am very satisfied with the service I received. There was only one thing I wished they did which happened the last time I had it serviced and that was to leave a sticker on my car letting me know when I need to bring it back in. Overall I give them an 8.8 out of ten.
Had been thinking about getting a new car for quite sometime but never really got around to it. However, recently I took my car into the shop and after working with Stan Fooks I found a new model that matched my preferences. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we were able to work around a quote so in just a few days I was a new owner of a 2013 MDX. It was a great process and I received excellent service throughout! Definitely recommend Stan!
I thought Mike Gorka, our salesperson, was very attentive to our needs and was very patient with our buying experience. After the purchase, he took the time to show us features of the car and helped us programmed our phones and made a test call with us. He was very professional and I find him highly recommendable.
This is my repeated purchase at Courtesy Acura Littleton. The facilities are immaculate and I found everyone being very attentive without creating pressure to buy. I've always been assisted by a sales consultant, Daniel Strajna. Besides being very knowledgeable, Daniel listens well and is extremely personable. He made every single purchase an enjoyable experience and I would refer anyone to him and the dealership in a heart beat.
Courtesy Acura has friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They are timely, efficient and thorough. The work they've done on my car is always excellent. I highly recommend this dealership for any service you need on your Acura. I've also bought several cars through Courtesy and enjoy the service from their sales staff.
This is the 4th Acura I have purchased from this dealership, the 2nd from Mike Gorka. I think that says it all.
Kudos to Sophie Morris for treating me like a million dollar customer even though all I purchased was a pre-owned vehicle. She was attentive to my questions and accommodated my last minute request to test drive the car. Most importantly, at no time did I feel I was being pressured to make the purchase. She went out of her way driving me to the airport to have my rental returned, she could have easily suggested I call an Uber instead. All of this was delivered with a beautiful and genuine smile. Every time I walk into the service department Shon has a smile and such a welcoming demeanor. Even if I do not end up with him as my service consultant, he makes a point to come over and check in, see how I am doing, and provide and update on my car. I continue to come back because I trust Shon with my car and trust him to take car of it. He deserves a HUGE raise!!!!!
