Staff very efficient.
I was very satisfied with both my initial consultation and my first appointment for recommended dental work. Dr. Tam and her assistant, Linda, were professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff has been friendly and helpful as well, particularly with suggesting a discount dental plan to help with costs.
I love this place! They are all so king and thoughful. So skilled and make you feel loved from the minute you walk in the door until you get your take home bag of goodies. It makes we want to come here everyday if I could. There is nothing better than having your teeth flossed and polish by expert, make your mouth feel and look as good as having your car detailed. I had been a patient several years ago, but things got away from me and I missed a little over 3 years of checkups. I called to make an appt and got one for the same day. My hygienist was absolutely AMAZING. She talked to me, but not in a way that required a response, which is always though at a dentist. She was gentle but thorough. Best dental experience I have ever had.
My visit at Dr. Gonzales office was great! They provide excellent customer service.
I found your staff to be outstanding. Your facilitiy superb and my experience was awesome! I HATE dental offices, but more importantly; I despise nasty offices. This was the first time in over 35 years I felt comfortable in the chair! Thank you for listening to me... I have one concern, but would like to talk about that over the phone or in person. Excellent dental care in a crisp, clean, bright environment. Dr. Justin Deckard is terrific, really goes out of his way to ensure a positive experience for patients. I have been having extensive and complex work done, am a total dental "chicken" (read that as "dental TERROR"), and I find myself actually laughing and joking around with Dr. Deckard and the staff at the office.
