It sometimes appears that the office is more interested in making money than in a customer's dental health.
Great experience, that's why I keep coming back from Florida. Dr Tram is so gentle,thorough and professional. the dental hygienists, office personal are very caring, friendly and some of them funny. Always had a fear of dentists until I became a patient of Dr Gonzales and associates. Wonderful customer service.
The staff is top-notch and they demonstrate pure customer service; each is most cordial and welcoming. The expertise of the staff allows the patient comfort and assurance. It is a rare and marvelous opportunity to be able to look forward to visits to offices of Dental Surgery.
I drove from my home (almost 400 miles away) to see Dr. Gonzalez about help with my dental problems. She had previously been my dentist when I was living in Maryland, and I have not found another dentist in whom I have complete confidence. She is an expert in her field, gentle, and trustworthy in her recommendations.
