I had a great experience with Kathy. She is my regular dental hygienist and she is very caring, professional and has great bedside manor.
The numerous phone calls, emails, and texts reminding one of their upcoming appointment is somewhat annoying. The dental professionals are great. They provide excellent feedback to patients.
Service rendered by the hygienist was thorough, competent and cheerfully considerate. The front office was also helpful and efficient, although I don't quite understand why I was required to supply information as a "new" patient when all this would have been on file with Dr. Vargas. As for Dr. Vargas, My high regard continues for his knowledge, skill, sense of humor, and ongoing critique of my shoes.
