I wouldn’t have given it a 1 star rating but I had to in order to leave a comment. Only 1 Dr to see everyone that was in the Urgent Care. Took close to 3hrs to be seen, and I was told to keep doing what I was already doing for the past 2 weeks, for another 2 weeks!! HELLOOOO if it hasn’t worked for the first 2 weeks then I’m almost positive it’s not going to work for the next 2 weeks!!
It is great to have if you are sick after hours or on weekends. I have been to the ER and Physicians Urgent Care is a much better place to be treated for minor issues. The wait time is much better there. Some time the wait is longer than others but I know they will spend as much time with me and my family as needed.
The doctor was so patient with my crying 1 year old and was very quick to see her when he heard her getting upset. I don't like having to go anywhere but our PCP but this place saved me a middle of the night ER visit for sure!! So glad you guys are here.
Took my Mom who is a patient of Rochelle Steele's. We went yesterday to Urgent Care because my Mom was not getting any better. She had been to the the doctor that Tuesday and only got a steroid shot and no meds! That is why we ended up at the Urgent Care. The staff is very friendly and the doctor on duty was very nice and took his time but they need to have more providers or at least one more. We waited 2 hours before we were seen.
