Child was seen in this clinic this afternoon with a 100.1 fever, body aches, and headache. She is a college student and the provider on duty would not give a dr. note for class tomorrow instead told her to attend class with a mask. Provider & nurse were not friendly. **Eventhough the in- house flu screen said negative, I hate the idea of exposure to others, as we all know in-house testings can be inaccurate at 50% of the time. Also, called this office at 5:45pm and no one would answer the phone. Will not return here.
This place sucks! unfortunately, I'm stuck with it for now! The only reason I even still go here besides my insurance is Dr. Quarles. So many reasons why I loathe this place. Main reason is "Dr." Sussman! Then the wait times are ridiculous. Went 3 months ago for my BP meds and had to see Dr. Steele...nurse tried to cover for Steele's tardiness by saying she was just busy but when Steele finally came into my room she said she had forgotten she worked that day and got up late and had just arrived. Staff were amazing! Hillary Mead Jones took great care of me when I couldn't see my primary provider. Super thorough and her patient care was top notch.
Didn’t accept BCBS wanted money upfront
My little girl was sick all week and I thought she had the stomach flu but when she couldn’t keep anything down and it was on the 6th day of sickness I thought I better get her seen. I drove from McMinnville to Physicians Urgent care and it was so worth it. As soon as I got there they took us back to get IV fluids. They did every test. Have been going here for years. Jay is who I usually see and he is very kind and understanding and always takes time to listen.
Miss Hillary was a good nurse I would have I would recommend her any day for anybody she did a great job
