I had Shoulder Surgury on November 13th 2017. Got home after Surgury and Never Block that was given to me and shoulder was very numb. Now 8 MONTHS LATER My shoulder is still numb and Sore. Back and neck pain as well...Had a Nerve Conduction Study done and It shows NERVE DAMAGE AND MUSCLE ATROPHY FROM THIS .. Hoping someone from this Surgury Center will respond to me to help me. I had two cataract surgeries done here. The first went well, the second was an ordeal. In the first, everyone was kind and helpful and all went as expected. In the second, the staff, including check-in personnel and especially the nurse who did my pre-op and post-op were sullen and grumpy. They seemed like they would rather not be there, had better things to do. I've had a few precedures done at this place, and everyone there is so incredibly nice and professional. From initial arrival, all the way through the prep and the procedures, all the way through the discharge, the crew there is exceptionally knowledgeable and so so nice and caring. Usually people associate facilities like these with pain, to me, this place is somewhere I know people care and will do their best.
This is a really nice and clean surgery center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.👍👍 with a little paperwork we had a quick ck in and the surgery went very smooth. The waiting room has a tv, a few magazines and a vending machine.
It was a very good experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The operating room was well staffed. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Joan Mahoney
