Dr. Michael Ward is the best Doctor I have ever had. He was not rushed and was genuine and kind. He gave me a referral to a specialist and I was able to get in right away. I am so happy I came here for Urgent care last night.
Be aware. Written prescriptions given to wrong persons with your personal info on them. Corrected situation same day 12/28 by giving me SECOND WRONG prescription. Called office to get this straightened out and they accepted no responsibility for releasing my medical info to the wrong person nor give me correct script. Their answer to their screw up was for me to come back into the clinic for another visit and another $30 copay. Mistakes happen but no responsibility was taken for their incompetence.
1st experience going here, would use again. Didn’t wait too long.
I was just there with my 2.5 year old daughter to get her forehead glued. Dr. Bellamy, Avril, and the receptionist were all so kind and patient with my scared toddler. It helped keep her calm and relaxed the whole time!
Didn't have to wait long went in for a broken arm service was quick!!! I was disappointed I didn't get pain medication for pain for my arm!!!
They are very professional and quick. I have been there twice this week, only once for myself.
