I'm unable to contact this company to get an explanation of my bill.
They turned my husband's account over to collections. Our insurance company was suppose to pay 100% of the bill, but it was processed incorrectly. As soon as I received the incorrect EOB, I called them to have it corrected. Now, even though the insurance company has corrected the claim and paid them they refuse to have it removed from my credit.
