My Dad has emergency surgery on 3/16 the next day they banned visitors from going . My dad was alone all week set to be released on 3/20 . As it would be he had a life threatening event and passed away on 3/20 ! Alone ! My siblings and I brought my mother up and without batting an eye... all of us were allowed to the floor where he was . It’s tearing my mother apart that they wouldn’t let her , just her , visit when he was alive !! But only when he had passed ! Very disappointing. i went in for surgery tues. Nurses were rude, horrible bedside manner and no compassion. Also very rude to my boyfriend. When patients are about to go into the OR for surgery having rude nursing staff doesnt help, if anything they made me feel worse and raised my BP. Anesthesiologist was also very rude. By far the worst hospital staff ive ever experienced. Very sad. also, had all info messed up so bf was never reached with updates. Disaster!
Two years ago I had a procedure at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Once everything was all said and done between the hospital billing and what the insurance company paid, I believed everything was all set as far as finances. Today, 2 years later, I get a bill in the mail for almost $600 that I still owe. RecommendedWonderful care ! Knowledgeable staff! Cleanliness hospitality and food was delicious. I was there for total knee replacement surgery from 2/17/2020-2/20/2020Physical Therapy staff was wonderful! Thank you to all involved!
My surgical team did a great job today
excellent medical workup on my mother. When they couldn't figure out cause an infection that called an infectious disease specialist in, and she was able to determine what it was!
There was a time when I would have recommended St. Joseph's hospital. Because their nurses and doctors are amazing! However, their administration staff leaves much to be desired. Their head of the birth certificate office is judgemental, rude, and not helpful in any way. Their head of patient relations totally dismissed my concerns with an "investigation" that was a complete joke.
Can’t get my medical records from them. I have called more than 10 times, and emailed several people. I’ve been trying since 11/21, and now it’s 1/21, and had to email two people again. I had to get the head of the dept involved, and still nothing. I have also tried getting my records in past years, and am still waiting.
