I'm so glad I had Maggie and Alex during my stay here! They were great nurses and I really felt like they were looking out for me. :)
One of the worst days of my life, and it had nothing to do with the health aspects. Total lack of communication with many many departments. By the time we needed to speak to someone, it was after 8:30 pm and were told where to wait for post-op report from dr. By 10 pm, nothing. No one anywhere near us to speak to. Best staff and very caring. It is the best hospital around
Never had a problem with them , but I guess it depends on y you go in
Dr was fabulous but some of the nurses left something to be desired.
My mother was taken to St. Joes with pneumonia like symptoms at 9:30 in the morning. She was left in the waiting room until I arrived at 3:00 and demanded that she be seen. She's 82. Once we got into a room all of the nurses and Dr were wonderful. Poor show St. Joes.
Outstanding staff and a clean friendly helpful environment. Dr Bianco was wonderful. And the nurses in after care went out of their way to help me in recovery - I will never go to another hospital if this one is an option from now on ! ❤
I love the doctors. But it is costly . My copay is $50 Then I have to pay for parking. They do not validate your parking ticket. And I know it is only $ 4. But that could be Used to buy me food. I Been to other hospitals and parking was free I went to a few in New York and I could take a bus to ones with no parking I long island where they have space parking was free even if I had to park inside.
I'm just not happy I feel like no one cares and no one listening to me
