The customer service here was absolutely horrible. I am a re-occuring patient, when I checked in I than proceeded to wait THREE HOURS for them to only say they COULD NOT find my paperwork. The DOCTOR OFFICE could not find a PATIENTS paperwork. For me to finally see a doctor I had to speak up and go thorough this trouble and deal with a horrible customer service. Been here since 2pm, didn't get paperwork till 4pm and I'm still waiting to get in. I've watched the room fill 3 times now and they are about to close. I'm livid and will never recommend this place to anyone.

My son walked in with a broken arm. They have not followed up on anything they said they would, and now they are stating it will be up to three days to be treated. No they are not busy, No there are no lines, Yes, they are failing to meet basic expectations. Now my 7yr old son is in pain, with no, I repeat NO medical attention to fix his broken arm. Unfortunately this is through the Richland on Torbitt office, because Gage is closed....Not impressed, will go to ER instead.

I’ve always had fantastic care at Physicians! Many times I hadn’t been able to get into an appt with my Kadlec provider but I’ve always had luck and care from Physicians!! Thank you!

Thanks for making my sick son feel absolutely terrible today. He went in with a cough, a slight fever and congestion. You all were rude and laughed at him in the halls at him even being there. Further more even with all the Coronavirus stuff going on, none of you had gloves on, and didn't even listen to his chest or heart. Unfortunately I wasn't with him to ask why you didn't. If you want to not get tested for flu when you are showing signs and not blood work when you have no color to your skin then this is the place for you but my husband almost died and had to have a blood transfusion of four units because this place neglected to do testing the two times we came all they did was a rapid test for strep which are 90% of the time not accurate I will never do anything health related with this place again I will now go to Lourdes for all my health needs because they actually do all the steps they nee... read more

I got a bad sinus infection & already had a physical scheduled about 10 days after I got it & told DR Candice I needed antibiotics. She said I had to schedule another appointment for that 😡 what kind of care is that. I went to her multiple times last year for help. What did I get nothing but a prescription for the acid relief pills that were recalled for being 5000times potent for causing cancer. Being treated like our health is the last priority is not rite.

The worst secretaries ever. I was greeted with “what is it that you want” or something like that. No smile, no how are you. I even tried to start a conversation by saying “ you guys are busy huh. They both just ignored me. The doctor was great though!
