I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Physicians Foot Care. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15 PM, but I arrived early at 2:40 PM and completed all of my new patient paperwork. By 3:30 PM, I still had not been called back, so I inquired about the delay. I was then informed that they did not see my name on the schedule, but they would “put me down” for a 3:15pm appointment and I would be next to be seen. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE : doctor never there and appointments always getting rescheduled , they referred my mom to the mri ! Lied n said they didn’t receive any documents but mri told us it was sent already n the disc we gave to view the images the mri took , they didn’t even have the equipment to view it on . No tv or the dvd player . They might as well shut down if patients can’t be seen or they can’t do their job !
